- Reach is a schools assessment product of ICAS Assessments which is wholly owned by Janison Solutions Pty Ltd.
- The Reach Early Bird Offer means the promotional offer we are giving you, being:
2.1. A 20% discount on assessments from any year level for all subjects excluding Writing, when you make a purchase of $2,000 or more in your School’s local currency in a single transaction. - The Reach Early Bird Offer is available to you when you make a purchase of our Reach tests between 9 November 2022 and 25 February 2023.
- ICAS Assessments will deliver the assessments you have purchased in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
- In accepting the Reach Early Bird Offer, you agree to the additional requirements set out in the Reach Early Bird Terms and Conditions below.
- All tests purchased as part of the Reach Early Bird Offer must be used within the purchasing school. Any licences not used by the School cannot be transferred to another school.
- Where a purchasing school has multiple campuses, the school is entitled to use the purchased licences across multiple campuses.
- The purchase is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash.
- This purchase cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
REACH EARLY BIRD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance
By proceeding to purchase, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions as well as our general terms and conditions regarding Reach Assessments products that can be found here.
2. Offer period
This Early Bird Offer for the purchase of Reach products is only available from 9:00am (AEDT) on 1 November 2022 to 11:59pm (AEST) on 28 February 2023. No extensions to this discounted offer will be available after this date and time.
3. Conditions
This Early Bird Offer is available to schools in Australia and New Zealand.
4. Subjects available for offer
This Early Bird Offer applies to all online Reach subjects excluding Writing.
5. Restrictions on offer
This Early Bird Offer applies only to Australian and New Zealand schools. All monetary amounts specified in this offer are in either Australian dollars (AUD) or New Zealand dollars (NZD). The currency displayed will be based on the location of your School and the School code that you use upon registration.
6. Changes
Janison reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the offer at the company’s sole discretion.
7. Refunds
Purchases made under this Early Bird Offer do not qualify for change of mind refunds or free returns under the company T&Cs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All purchases on this website and these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
