REACH ‘SAVE 20%’ PROMOTIONAL OFFER
- Reach is a schools assessment product of ICAS Assessments which is wholly owned by Janison Solutions Pty Ltd.
- The Reach ‘Save 20%’ Promotional Offer means the promotional offer we are giving you, being:
2.1. A 20% discount on assessments from any year level for all subjects excluding Writing, when you make a purchase of $2,000 or more in your School’s local currency in a single transaction. - The Reach ‘Save 20%’ Promotional Offer is available to you when you make a purchase of our Reach tests using the promotional code Reach20 between 11 August 2023 and 15 November 2024.
- ICAS Assessments will deliver the assessments you have purchased in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
- In accepting the Reach ‘Save 20%’ Promotional Offer, you agree to the additional requirements set out in the Reach ‘Save 20%’ Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions.
- All tests purchased as part of the Reach ‘Save 20%’ Promotional Offer must be used within the purchasing school. Any tests not used by the School cannot be transferred to another school.
- Where a purchasing school has multiple campuses, the school is entitled to use the purchased licences across multiple campuses.
- The purchase is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash.
- This purchase cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
REACH ‘SAVE 20%’ PROMOTIONAL OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE
By proceeding to purchase, you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as our general Terms and Conditions regarding Reach Assessments products that can be found here.
2. OFFER PERIOD
This ‘Save 20%’ Promotional Offer for the purchase of Reach products is available from 9:00am (AEST) on 11 August 2023 to 11:59pm (AEDT) on 15 November 2024.
3. CONDITIONS
This ‘Save 20%’ Promotional Offer is available to schools in Australia and New Zealand.
4. SUBJECTS AVAILABLE FOR OFFER
This ‘Save 20%’ Promotional Offer applies to all online Reach subjects excluding Writing.
5. RESTRICTIONS ON OFFER
This ‘Save 20%’ Promotional Offer applies only to Australian and New Zealand schools. All monetary amounts specified in this offer are in either Australian dollars (AUD) or New Zealand dollars (NZD). The currency displayed will be based on the location of your School and the School code that you use upon registration.
6. CHANGES
Janison reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of the offer at the company’s sole discretion.
7. REFUNDS
Purchases made under this ‘Save 20%’ Promotional Offer do not qualify for change of mind refunds or free returns under the company T&Cs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All purchases on this website and these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
