The ICAS 2026 Student Scholarship Program (Scholarship) is a scholarship in the form of a one-hundred dollar ($100) single-use voucher provided by Janison Solutions Pty Ltd (trading as ICAS Assessments) (ICAS Assessments) to assist eligible students with the cost of participating in the ICAS 2026 Assessment. It is not a gift card or cash equivalent.
Eligibility to apply for the Scholarship is:
already registered and paid for one or more ICAS Assessment/s in 2026; or
AND;
The Scholarship is not open to students participating in ICAS 2026 through EQDemic or Eduvision in Australia.
To apply for the Scholarship, a parent or legal guardian must complete and submit the official online scholarship application form on behalf of the student.
As part of the application, the parent or legal guardian must answer the following question on their own behalf and on behalf of their child (Application Question):
“What would participating in ICAS mean for your child, and how would this scholarship help make that possible?”
Responses must be 250 words or less. No additional supporting documentation is required at the time of application.
Given that eligible students are school-aged (typically Years 2–12), applications must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. By submitting the application, the parent or legal guardian confirms that:
Consideration will be given to applications that clearly articulate both of the following selection criteria (Selection Criteria):
Only one application may be submitted per student. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be deemed invalid.
Applications must be received within the published scholarship application period (See Key Dates below). Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
All scholarship applications will be reviewed and assessed by a panel appointed by ICAS (Judging Panel).
The Judging Panel will evaluate applications based on the responses to the Application Question, with regard to the Selection Criteria.
The decisions of the Judging Panel are final and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
ICAS reserves the right to not award all (or any) scholarships if suitable candidates are not identified.
A total of 200 Scholarships may be awarded under the ICAS 2026 Student Scholarship Program, with each Scholarship valued at $100 AUD (or NZD as applicable).
Voucher Value
Each Scholarship is provided in the form of a single-use voucher code limited to a total value of up to AUD/NZD $100 (as applicable) that may be applied exclusively toward:
Provided the above are purchased prior to By Friday, 28 August 2026 (11.59pm AEST).
The full value of the Scholarship must be used in a single transaction. Any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be rolled over, refunded, or credited for future use.
The Scholarship is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged for other goods or services. If the voucher is not utilised prior to By Friday, 28 August 2026 (11.59pm AEST) it will be deemed forfeited.
What if the Recipient has already paid for one or more ICAS Assessment/s or past paper/s in 2026?
Where a student has already registered and paid for one or more ICAS 2026 Assessment/s and/or purchased eligible ICAS past paper(s) in 2026 through the ICAS parent payment system (PPS) or authorised ICAS ordering channels (Eligible Purchases) prior to receiving the Scholarship, they should complete a new purchase for all ICAS 2026 Assessments and/or past papers they wish to purchase for 2026 (including any they have already purchased before receiving the scholarship) using their voucher. They will then be eligible for a refund of their original purchase(s), subject to the conditions below:

By accepting the Scholarship, recipients (and their parent or legal guardian) agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities arranged by ICAS.
Participation in promotional activities is a condition of receiving the Scholarship. However, all promotional content will be used with respect for the privacy and dignity of the student and their family.
ICAS will seek consent from the parent or legal guardian prior to using any images or personal information in promotional materials.
ICAS Assessments reserves the right to withdraw funding if the Scholarship recipient fails to comply with these terms and conditions, including (but not limited to) the obligations outlined under the section titled ‘Scholarship Value and Allocation and Recipient Obligations’ above.
Scholarship Recipients agree to comply with all applicable laws.
Excluding liability that cannot be limited by law, the total liability of ICAS Assessments for any loss or damage pursuant to these terms and conditions shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount that has been granted to the applicable Scholarship recipient or if no amount has been granted then $100 (AUD). In no circumstances shall ICAS Assessments be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage including but not limited to loss of profits and/or loss of opportunity.
All applicant information will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (as applicable) and in accordance with the Janison Privacy Policy.
Information collected through the application process, including personal details of the student and parent or legal guardian, will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Scholarship, assessing eligibility, awarding Scholarships, and communicating with applicants and parents and/or legal guardians consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for these purposes.
ICAS may also use personal information for promotional purposes as described in Section 6, subject to obtaining any additional necessary consents.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with authorised service providers engaged to assist in delivering the Scholarship.

ICAS reserves the right to modify or cancel the ICAS Student Scholarship Program (including these Terms and Conditions) due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notification provided to applicants.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
