Every ICAS entry provides a complete academic experience, combining a rigorous, expertly developed assessment with meaningful insight, recognition and support for your school.
ICAS assessments are developed by experienced educators, psychometricians and subject experts, ensuring each question is purposeful, balanced and academically robust.
Assessments are delivered through a secure online platform that’s straightforward to set up and easy for students to navigate on the day.
Each student receives a clear report showing performance by subject and skill area, helping them understand their strengths and areas for development.
Access detailed cohort data, including question-level analysis and national benchmarking, giving you an independent view of student performance.
Students are recognised across six achievement levels, with certificates for all participants and medals awarded to top performers.
ICAS certificates are externally recognised and valued by schools and families as a credible measure of academic achievement.
We’ve created two payment options for ICAS, so you can pay in the way that best suits your school.
With the Parent Payment System (PPS), parents register their child and pay their entry fee directly to ICAS.
No data imports, no handling payments. Most schools choose this option to keep administration as light as possible.
1. Enable the Parent Payment System during registration
We guide you through this as part of the setup process.
2. Select the subjects and year levels you’d like to offer
You stay in control of what’s available to families.
3. Share your school’s unique PPS code with parents
Parents use this code to access your school’s ICAS options.
4. Parents enter and pay online
They enter their child’s details, choose subjects and complete payment directly to ICAS.
If preferred, your school can manage student registrations and entry payments.
This option gives you full control over student entries and is often used when schools enter whole classes or include ICAS as part of a cohort-wide program.

3. Complete payment using your school’s preferred method
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Some schools collect payment from parents, while others cover the cost as part of their academic programs.
