1. ICAS Assessments, including ICAS past papers, are products owned and offered by Janison Solutions Pty Ltd (Janison) 
2. The ICAS ‘Bundle and Save 10%’ Offer refers to the promotional offer available to customers (excluding school customers), being:
   Bundle and save 10% when purchasing a 2026 ICAS assessment and the corresponding 2021 past paper in the same transaction.
3. The Bundle and Save 10% Offer is available between 12pm (AEST) on 20 January 2026 and ends on 28 August 2026 at 11.59pm (AEST).
4. In accepting the ICAS Bundle and Save 10% Offer you agree to the additional requirements set out in the Bundle and Save 10% Terms and Conditions set out below.

1. ACCEPTANCE

By proceeding to purchase, you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as our general Terms and Conditions regarding ICAS Assessments products (as applicable): Terms and Conditions (parents/guardians).

2. OFFER PERIOD

This Bundle and Save 10% Offer is only available from 12pm (AEST) on 20 January 2026 and ends on 28 August 2026 at 11.59pm (AEST).

3. CONDITIONS

This Bundle and Save 10% Offer is available to customers in Australia and New Zealand (excluding school customers).

4. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

This Bundle and Save 10% Offer applies to purchases of:
•English, Mathematics and/or Science ICAS 2026 assessments when purchased with the corresponding English, Mathematics and/or Science ICAS 2021 past papers for Years 2–10 (AU) / Years 3–11 (NZ) (for example when you buy the ICAS 2026 English assessment with the ICAS 2021 past paper for English).

5. RESTRICTIONS ON OFFER

5.1 This Bundle and Save 10% Offer applies only to Australian and New Zealand customers (excluding school customers). The currency displayed will be either Australian dollars (AUD) or New Zealand dollars (NZD) based on the page you are visiting (Australia past papers, or New Zealand past papers).

5.2 The offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash.

5.3 This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. Please note that if more than one promotional offer is available at the time of purchase, the offer with the greatest discount will be applied at checkout (for example the Buy 3, get one free past paper offer may be applied for purchase of four (4) papers).

5.4 This offer excludes subjects and year levels not listed in clause 4 (Eligible Products)

6. CHANGES

Janison reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Offer at the company’s sole discretion.

7. REFUNDS

Purchases made under this ‘Bundle and Save 10%’ Offer do not qualify for change of mind refunds or free returns under Janison’s Terms and Conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. APPLICABLE LAW

All purchases on this website and these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
