Terms and Conditions for ICAS Survey Prize Draw (Australia & New Zealand)

Eligibility

• Open to teachers, parents and students who are currently participating in ICAS in Australia or New Zealand and have completed and submitted our email survey in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. 

Survey Period

• Survey opens: 23 May 2025, 3pm AEST.
• Survey closes: 6 June 2025, 5pm AEST.

Survey Submission

• Surveys must be submitted before the survey closing time and date listed above in order to be eligible for the prize draw.
• All required fields in the survey must be completed in order to be eligible to enter the prize draw.
• Surveys are limited to one submission per person. 

Prize Draw

• The Prize Draw will take place after the survey closes at 5pm AEST on 6 June. Successful recipients will be notified by email (at the email address the survey was sent to) that they have won a prize by 5pm AEST on 13 June 2025 (within 1 week of the survey closing), along with the prize.
• 1 x eligible teacher will be chosen at random and gifted a AUD$100 e-gift card (expiry in June 2028)
• 1 x eligible parent will be chosen at random and gifted a AUD$100 e-gift card (expiry in June 2028)
• 5 x eligible students will be chosen at random and gifted a AUD$25 e-gift card (expiry in June 2028)
• Winners of the prize draw must confirm acceptance of their prize by return email within 2 weeks to their prize notification email. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the relevant e-gift card and another Prize Draw will take place to pick a new winner (in the same category) of the prize.
