Kim is a passionate and highly experienced senior education executive with a proven track record in curriculum development, strategic leadership, and stakeholder management achieved through senior executive positions at large independent secondary schools in Australia.

Kim leads the ICAS program at Janison as Head of School Assessments & Partnerships, responsible for the growth and strategic direction of Janison’s flagship international academic competition across domestic and global markets.

With a focus on expanding ICAS’s reach across Australia and internationally, Kim works closely with school leaders, education partners, and Janison’s ICAS Assessment Consultants to ensure ICAS continues to deliver world-class benchmarking, enriched student learning experiences, and curriculum-aligned challenge for schools.
