Forms include new school registrations to requesting reprints of school or student reports and more. Schools new to purchasing from ICAS Assessments use this form to register for a login for the shop. This form is not for schools who have already purchased from ICAS Assessments at any point in time.
This is template letter to inform parents about your school’s decision to run ICAS Assessments this year. This template is completely editable to suit your school’s communication requirements.
Students may sit ICAS Assessments any time during the 5 days prior to the official sitting date and still be eligible for medals.
Once you have determined an alternative date, please complete the form and submit to ICAS Assessments at least 2 weeks before the alternative sitting date to allow sufficient time for access to the assessments ICAS Assessments Portal.
Please read the conditions carefully and ensure this form is approved by the school principal or their nominee.
ICAS Assessments will endeavour to facilitate any accommodation that your school needs to undertake for students with disabilities to sit our online tests.
